A simple eye break, right in your browser
Duskglow is a free eye exercise app for short pauses in your screen routine. Choose a gentle exercise or follow all four in a session of about two minutes. Then put your screen aside and look into the distance.
Focus exercise
Rest your gaze on a central dot. Changes in size are a visual simulation; they do not change your actual focusing distance.
Gaze-shifting exercise
Shift your gaze between points on the screen at a comfortable pace. Keep blinking naturally.
Eye-tracking exercise
Follow a slowly moving dot in four directions. Stay within a comfortable range and pause whenever you need to.
Gentle blink exercise
Follow a simple blink animation without squeezing your eyes. There is no camera, eye tracking sensor or automatic blink counter.
How to take your eye break
- Choose a single exercise or the full routine.
- Pick a comfortable pace and follow the animation. English mode starts with audio off; optional voice clips are in Chinese.
- After finishing, take time away from your screen. Completed sessions appear in your local check-in calendar.
Questions about Duskglow
Do I need a camera or an account?
No. The web app does not use your camera or microphone, and no sign-up is required. Exercise records and preferences stay in this browser. Clearing browser data removes them.
Can I use it on my phone or computer?
Yes. Duskglow works in modern mobile and desktop browsers. You can pause at any time, and the session pauses automatically when the page is hidden.
Does this treat eye conditions or improve eyesight?
Duskglow is a general practice and screen-break tool, not a medical treatment. It does not diagnose conditions or promise better eyesight. Stop if an exercise feels uncomfortable.
